Scope of Services

August Hendrie Advisory provides independent consultancy and advisory services including, but not limited to:

  • workforce development

  • speaking engagements

  • facilitation and panel moderation

  • independent reviews

  • advisory reports.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, services do not include:

  • legal representation

  • psychological counselling

  • clinical treatment

  • case management

  • advocacy for individual disputes

  • therapeutic services.

Unless otherwise stated, all material appearing on this website—including text, reports, graphics, photographs, branding, logos and original content—is the intellectual property of August Hendrie Advisory.

Clients retain ownership of their own documents supplied to AHA.

Consultancy Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • quotations are valid for 30 days;

  • payment terms are 14 days from invoice;

  • travel and accommodation are additional where applicable;

  • project timeframes commence upon acceptance and receipt of required documentation;

  • work may be paused where requested information has not been supplied;

  • urgent work may attract an additional fee by agreement.

Cancellation of confirmed engagements within seven days may incur reasonable costs already committed, including travel or preparation.

Confidentiality

Information supplied by clients is treated confidentially unless:

  • disclosure is authorised;

  • disclosure is required by law; or

  • disclosure is necessary to prevent serious and imminent harm.​
